Dean Schumacker is the Project Manager at New Plan Learning. With over 25 years of construction, facility maintenance, and Project Management experience, Dean leads facility development construction activities. He works with charter school clients at every phase, from initial CAD drawings of client concepts through general contractor and design professional selection to project monitoring and management until completion and turn over. Additionally, Dean customizes maintenance plans and instructs charter school clients on proper building and system maintenance for sustained facility health.
Dean earned a degree in Computer Science from Elmhurst College and holds an MBA in Finance and Information Security from Lewis University.
