Joseph Jacob Hill is Chief Executive Officer of New Plan Learning (NPL). As a charter school facility developer headquartered in the Chicagoland area, NPL provides financial consulting and turnkey facility solutions to charter schools and is committed to strengthening nonprofit education. Joseph leads a staff of highly dedicated and talented individuals, who are experts in development, facility finance, and market research.
With over 25 years of educational and managerial work experience in a multinational setting, Joseph provides a wealth of expertise in nonprofit planning and development. In addition to his leadership role as President of the Turkish American Chamber of Commerce Midwest in Chicago, Joseph has also championed nonprofit organizations in Uzbekistan, South Africa, Sri Lanka and Nigeria. Joseph holds a Masters in Economics and is fluent in English, Turkish, Uzbek and is conversational in some local African Hausa languages.
